Meet the Provider

Dr. Lauren Blizzard

Lauren graduated with her bachelors degree in rehabilitation sciences and her doctorate of physical therapy (DPT) from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.  Lauren is a champion Irish step dancer and former member of the Northeastern University Dance Team. She has extensive experience working with dancers, triathletes, runners and the weekend warrior. She became trained in dry needling in 2013 and immediately incorporated these techniques into traditional physical therapy treatments. Lauren desired a setting for patients to continue dry needling and other soft tissue techniques on an “as needed” basis to keep them active and involved in their activities. She opened LB Dry Needling and Manual Therapy PLLC in February 2018.
