Our Services
LB Dry Needling and Manual Therapy PLLC offers the expertise of physical therapists certified in dry needling and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization techniques. Initial session will include an assessment, review of medical history and any appropriate manual techniques as determined by the therapist. Together, you and the therapist will work together to determine an appropriate frequency of treatments. All services are cash based pay. Insurance is not accepted, however flex-spending health accounts, cash and cards are accepted. By not contracting with insurances, patients are welcome to attend on a concierge basis without restrictions.
Evaluation with Treatment ($150) : For new patients to the practice, a full physical therapy assessment will be completed to determine diagnosis, prognosis and plan of care. If medically appropriate, treatment will begin during this session. If you are a returning patient that has not been to the practice in over one year, a new evaluation will be required to ensure proper care and develop an updated treatment plan with you.

Treatment Sessions ($90): Follow up visits for established patients with a recent evaluation may include dry needling, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilizations, joint mobilizations, mobility training and patient education. Unlike traditional physical therapy, treatment will be primarily manual therapy techniques. Frequency of visits will be recommended by the PT based on evaluation findings and ever changing progress with treatment.
